BAPTISTE POWER VINYASA YOGA
This style of yoga is considered as one of the most strenuous practices. Creating an awareness in the mind and body, this practice emphasizes on being authentic and present about your practice, also about your life. The room is kept at approximately 30°C with a sequence of postures linked up one after another. This style of yoga is accessible for everyone who prefers a strong practice.

GENTLE FLOW
This is a class that emphasizes on synchronising the movement with breaths. Recommended for beginners or others who prefer a lighter practice.

HATHA
The classic yoga style. It emphasizes on finding a balance with your body, breath, and mind.

POWER VINYASA
Similar to Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, without the heat.

YIN
A more subtle practice that emphasizes long, deep stretching to cultivate a peaceful and relaxed mind. This style of yoga focuses on the generally tight connective tissues located at the hips, pelvis and spine. Regular practice of yin yoga helps balance other vigorous masculine yoga practices (such as Power Vinyasa) or other physical exercises to create a more balanced exercise plan.
