Thank you very much for visiting my site. It has been an exciting and yet challenging journey to reach this point of sharing my yoga practice and knowledge with others. I started practising yoga as a means of incorporating a stretching component to my demanding exercise plan. Yoga also provided a balance and countered the pressure I felt as a marketer in charge of the marketing department at a fast paced fashion company.
When I first started practising yoga, I thought yoga was only another kind of exercise to relax and stretch out tight muscles. I soon realized yoga was much more than a physical practice: it calmed my mind, shut off the chatter inside my head, helped me stay focused and be present (as opposed to always planning for the future). Yoga gave me a new perspective about what life is all about. The more I practised yoga, the more I found that yoga is a holistic healing for the soul and is also a never-ending learning journey. I would love to share with you everything I know about yoga, diet, fitness, and life in general. My yoga students have also taught me a lot, and I am thankful for having such a wonderful opportunity to teach while I learn.
I understand that many students who want to practise yoga have difficultly finding an instructor who speaks their mother tongue. Besides English, I can offer instruction in Cantonese.
It is one of the happiest things for me to see my students benefit from their yoga practice. I am certain that you will find yoga as rewarding as I have found it!
