Janet is a life long exercise enthusiast and has been practising yoga since 2003.
She is a certified
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga teacher,
also studied Hatha Yoga with her long-time teacher Stephen Thomas with a special interest in
Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga.
In 2004, she officially became a personal trainer. Since graduating from the Asian Academy for Sports & Fitness Professional (AASFP), which is one of the most recognized academies of fitness in Asia, Janet has provided guidance in marathon trainings, weight loss programs, weight gain programs, body-toning programs, effective stretching methods, and diet plan development.
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Janet has travelled and studied in different parts of the world, constantly seeking more knowledge about different cultures and languages. Janet is fluent in English and Cantonese; she offers her yoga lesson in these two languages.
